The investment platform built exclusively for Community Associations.

An SEC-registered1 investment adviser purpose built for managing reserve funds of Community Associations — we only serve Community Associations.

Built for Boards and Community Managers

Your reserves never leave your association’s accounts.

We’re an investment adviser, not a bank, and we never take custody of your money. Your funds stay in your association’s own accounts at federally regulated institutions. We can recommend and report; we can’t move, spend, or lose a dollar of it. The only things we ever recommend are U.S. Treasuries or FDIC-insured deposits.

We never touch your money

Funds stay in your association’s own accounts.

Government-backed or insured only

U.S. Treasuries and FDIC-insured deposits, nothing riskier.

Nothing moves without your board

Every recommendation waits for board approval.

Key Features

Reserve Study Integration

An automated sync with the reserve fund study every month, providing full visibility into the HOA’s cash flow for you and your board.

Portfolio Customization

No cookie-cutter portfolios. We customize portfolios to the HOA’s liquidity needs; allowing for the opportunity to optimize yields.

Smarter Governance

A monthly board-ready intelligence packet. The board sees a proactive, financially sophisticated management team.

Negotiated Rates

We work with financial institutions to source competitive rates on insured deposits, so your reserves aren’t stuck in low-yielding accounts.

Risk Mitigation

We invest only in FDIC insured products or US Treasuries (as per the Association’s preference).

Monthly Analysis and Tracking

Monthly data-driven reviews seek to maximize returns through monthly compounding, minimizing missed investment opportunities.

Analysis your Board can act on.

    Invest your money

The board approves; we execute. Your reserves move to insured banks or Treasuries per the Association's choice — nothing without sign-off.

    The Association elects

    Where your money is invested

    Either, or both

    FDIC-insured CDs

Insured deposits at partner banks, term-matched to the schedule.

    or

    U.S. Treasuries

Direct obligations of the U.S. Treasury, held in the Association's name.

Both routes stay open — the election can change at any board meeting.

FAQs

Is Gallopify a bank?

No. Gallopify is not a bank and does not hold your money. We provide analysis, recommendations, and reporting; the funds stay in the association's own accounts at regulated financial institutions.

Are you a registered Investment Advisor?

Advisory services are provided by Community Capital Advisors LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser dba as Gallopify. Our Form ADV is available here.

What will the reserve be invested in?

FDIC-insured deposit products, principally high-yield cash accounts and FDIC-insured CDs. U.S. Treasury securities are available if the association elects them.

What if our board doesn't want Treasuries?

That's a common request from Associations and totally acceptable. We can limit all your investments to FDIC-insured deposit products (e.g. CDs).

Who holds our reserve funds?

Funds are held at federally regulated institutions (banks, custodians) which are covered by the same regulatory protections and asset safeguards as institutions nationwide.

What does it cost?

There is no cost to Community Management companies. For Community Associations, the initial review is at no cost and has no tied obligation or commitment. Our goal is to optimize investment management for Community Associations such that after paying our fees, they have a net incremental benefit.

Are there minimum balances for Community Associations to become a Gallopify client?

No. We serve Community Associations of every size, and our offering is built to scale down as well as up. We’d welcome the chance to show you the value — feel free to book a review.
